Master Trainer with 31+ years' experience, competitive athlete, Posturology/Neuroscience specialist, public speaker, and charity educator based in Knightsbridge, Central London. I also specialise in rehabilitation from substance abuse (alcohol, tobacco, illegal substances, performance-enhancing drugs). Since 2004 I've volunteered with the Red Cross rehab program, helping people overcome substance use and restore their health. Over three decades I've developed signature training methods blending techniques from my qualifications: REPS Personal Trainer (Level 2 & 3, Level 4 in progress), Posturology-qualified, and more. My fitness career began in 1995, though I'd coached family and neighbors since 1990. In 1998 I earned gym instructor certification from the World Fitness Federation (WFF), upgraded regularly through 2003. In 2000 I gained a Body Culture Academy certificate. Alongside these, I worked as Natural Remedies Advisor for Arkopharma, then from 2011 as Senior Advisor in Natural Supplements at NBTY (parent of Holland & Barrett and GNC). In 2022 I completed courses in Foot Mechanics and the Gait Cycle, a Jaw and Body Connection course, and a Sports Performance course by Posturepro with Annette Verpilott. I've practiced calisthenics, powerlifting, yoga, Shotokan karate, running, and drug-free bodybuilding, training myself 36+ years - the first athlete to hip thrust over 600kg (1320lbs).
