Overview

MatchMyTrainer helps clients discover trainers and make bookings. We are a platform provider. Trainers are responsible for delivering their services safely and professionally.

Accounts

• Keep your account details accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts for misuse or abuse.

Bookings, cancellations, and refunds

Booking and cancellation rules will be finalised before launch. In the MVP, some services may require trainer approval and some may be auto-approved based on trainer settings.

Reviews

Reviews are for verified bookings only. We may remove reviews that are abusive, irrelevant, or unlawful.
