Set up your profile
Add your photo, services, prices, and training venues. Connect each service to a schedule so clients can see when it's available, then complete your account setup and connect Stripe for online payments.
Share your booking link
Use it on your website, social profiles, or in a message to an existing client. Your public profile also gives people browsing the MMT marketplace a way to find you, read about your services, and check available sessions.
Manage bookings and payments
Clients book online and pay through Stripe, or use an eligible pack session or credit. You can offer automatic confirmation or review requests first. Bookings, payment details, and attendees are then available in your account.
When is a booking confirmed?
With automatic approval, a paid booking is confirmed after successful checkout. If you review requests first, checkout places a temporary hold on the client's card and payment is taken when you approve. A request awaiting approval is not yet a confirmed session.
Payment and bank payout are separate steps. Stripe sends payouts according to your account's schedule; taking a client's payment does not mean it has already reached your bank. Our full setup guide explains bookings, packs, and payments in more detail.
Running a class? Keep the bookings together
Set your class times and participant limit, then let clients book their places online. View the attendees and booking details for each session in your calendar, so you can see who's coming without collecting names across messages.
Offer a pack for regular attendees, or use an online venue and add a video meeting link for a remote class. A pack gives clients sessions to use; they still book a place in the classes they want to attend. See our group class guide for a practical walkthrough.

For individual sessions and pack purchases, the platform fee is 10% on the first £3,000 of monthly revenue and 8% on the portion above it. Clients pay an extra 50p on individual bookings below £20. Read the full fee breakdown before setting your prices.
